Sydney warehouse receiving
Stock is checked against your packing list as it arrives, with any discrepancy recorded before it reaches a bin location. Received units, locations and stock movements stay visible in your dashboard.
We are a third party logistics provider in Sydney. We hold your stock, pick and pack every order, process your returns and choose the carrier. Anything synced before 2pm AEST on a weekday ships the same day.

Clients log into the same system the floor works in. This is the Overview screen, with sample data; orders, stock, inbounds, returns and billing have their own views.

We hold accounts with Australia's major carriers and route each order to the best-fit service.

From the moment an order is placed to tracking landing back in your store, walk the full operation we would run for you, step by step.
See how it works3PL is short for third party logistics. A third party logistics provider stores your stock, picks and packs your orders, and ships them to your customers. You keep your brand, your store and your customer relationship. The warehouse work becomes ours.
Most brands move when packing starts taking up the working day, or when the next step is signing a warehouse lease or hiring a packer. At that point the cost of running it in house usually passes the cost of outsourcing it.
Our own warehouse in Minchinbury, in western Sydney, run by our own team. The full address is in the footer, and you are welcome to come and see the floor.
No. The warehouse is in Sydney and we ship nationally from it, so most of the brands we hold stock for sell right across Australia. Sydney is where your stock lives, not where your customers have to be.
Ask what the dispatch cutoff is and what happens when it is missed, whether every pick is scanned, and whether you can see your own stock without emailing anyone. Then ask to walk the floor. A 3PL that will not show you the building is telling you something.
Because the address is where every one of your parcels starts. Greater Sydney is the largest metro market in the country and the east coast sits within short reach of it, so a parcel leaving a Sydney warehouse starts closer to more of your buyers than one leaving anywhere else. Shorter first legs mean fewer days in transit and fewer where-is-my-order emails.
Australia wide from our Sydney warehouse, with the carrier chosen per order based on destination, weight and service level. Metro and regional addresses are priced from the same rate card.
Yes, and we would rather you did. The people who pick your orders work in the building your pallets sit in, so a walkthrough shows you the racking, the packing bench and the dashboard behind them in about half an hour. A 3PL that will not show you the floor is telling you something.
2pm AEST on weekdays. Anything synced before then ships the same day.
Australia Post and partner carriers. We select the carrier per order based on destination, weight and service level.
Shopify connects natively, so orders and stock sync on their own. For other setups we handle the connection during onboarding so your orders land in the same system. Everything after that point is identical: scan-verified picking, live stock counts, and the same 2pm dispatch cutoff.
Pricing is event-based. You pay for what happens to your stock: receiving, storage, picking, packing and returns. There are no setup fees, and you can get a quote in about 30 seconds online.
We credit 10% of the fulfilment charges on that order. Our dispatch compliance target is 99% and the credit is published on our service levels page.
Yes. Both run through the same warehouse.
We migrate you free. In practice it is a stock transfer and an integration cutover, sequenced so your orders keep shipping through the changeover, and we plan it with you before anything moves.
Send your volumes, SKUs and current setup, or ask for a walkthrough of our warehouse and dashboard.
Share your order mix, SKU count and any handling requirements. We will respond with a practical next step.
Switching sounds like the kind of project that eats a month. In practice it is a stock transfer and an integration cutover, sequenced so your orders keep going out.
Order volumes, SKU count, how big and heavy the items are, whether you sell wholesale as well as direct, and anything unusual in how orders go out. This is the call that decides whether we are a fit, and we would rather tell you early that we are not.
Shopify connects natively, so paid orders arrive as pick work on their own and stock counts flow back without anyone touching a spreadsheet. If you sell somewhere else, we confirm what the connection looks like before you commit to anything.
You book the transfer, we receive it against your packing list, and every unit goes to a recorded location. Anything that does not match what the paperwork says is logged against the shipment rather than quietly absorbed, so you start with counts you can trust.
Your cartons, your inserts, any rule about what goes with what. The spec is stored against your account rather than remembered, so orders pack the same way regardless of who is on the bench that day.
You get a login to the same system the floor works in, so you can follow those first orders from placed to picked to dispatched, and see the photo of what went in each box.
Moving off your current 3PL costs you nothing on our side, and we plan the cutover with you before a single pallet moves.
