The working relationship

The account we learn, carry and show you

Cryologix takes fulfilment off your hands. We learn how your operation works, run it day to day, and get orders to your customers faster, so the business has room to grow.

Who we are

Cryologix is the team your fulfilment belongs to.

We have sat on your side of this relationship. Before Cryologix, we started an ecommerce business of our own, selling in Australia and the United States, and handed fulfilment to 3PLs that never made us a priority. Dispatch ran late, answers were hard to get, and following up became a daily job. Cryologix is the provider we needed back then.

So handing over fulfilment is an act of trust, and we treat it that way. The people on your account learn the business properly, carry its detail every day, and pack and dispatch each order with the urgency your customers expect, on the fastest service that makes sense for the parcel.

You keep the decisions that shape the business, and we carry the execution and the follow-through. The relationship stays checkable the whole way: service levels published before you sign, invoices itemised to the work behind them, and one live dashboard we both look at.

We learn the account

Attention comes first. We learn how your business works and what its customers expect before a single order moves, wherever fulfilment sits today.

What learning the account means

When we handed our own fulfilment over, nobody sat down to learn how the business actually worked, and every gap showed up later as a problem. So this is where every Cryologix account starts, wherever your orders run today.

The operation, mapped

We go through order volumes, SKUs and bundles, the systems that need to connect, and the handling instructions specific to your products before anything moves. The questions we ask are the ones we wish someone had asked us.

Written into a working process

Everything we learn is documented as the process for your account, so it runs the same way whoever is on shift and nothing lives in one person's head.

A cutover around live orders

Stock is received and checked against the documented plan, and the switch is timed around orders already moving. Your customers should never feel the handover, because ours did.

We carry the detail

Once the account is ours, its problems are ours as well. Exceptions are found, worked and closed by the people responsible, and you are never the one chasing them.

How exceptions and changes run

We spent enough evenings chasing our own 3PL for answers to know exactly how that feels. On a Cryologix account the chasing runs the other way: the team works each exception, and the status is yours to check at any time.

An inbound arrives short

We log the shortfall against the SKUs it affects, flag anything at risk of running out on live orders, and work out what ships and what waits. You hear about it from us first.

An order type with its own rules

A wholesale order that needs different paperwork gets built into how we run that order type from then on. You explain it once.

A SKU or bundle changes

Renames and recipe changes are updated in our picking instructions the same day, and any question goes to the people who did the work, answered within four hours.

You see it run

A partnership needs proof. Our targets are published, every charge is itemised, and the dashboard you check is the one we work from.

What you can check yourself

As sellers, we were forever asking for information our 3PL already had. That is why nothing on a Cryologix account waits to be requested: the dashboard, the invoice and the service levels are open from the day you sign.

The shared dashboard

The same live view the warehouse team works from: current orders, stock counts, inbound deliveries and every invoice raised. If we can see it, so can you.

The itemised invoice

Every line ties to something that actually happened, charged against a rate card agreed before you signed, so you are never left guessing what a charge was for.

Published service levels

Same-day dispatch, pick and pack accuracy and inventory accuracy targets are set out up front, each with a service credit attached. If we miss one, the credit reaches your next invoice without you having to fight for it.

What you do with the time back

Once fulfilment sits with us, the hours that went into checking stock, chasing shipments and managing exceptions come back to you. They go where only you can spend them: the product, the customers, and the growth of the business.
