The short version of how billing works. If something is not here, ask us directly.

It is built from your catalogue, order volumes and handling needs, not a fixed list. We look at the order combinations you actually ship, the packaging and handling each one needs, and where your orders go, then prepare your pricing from that. Shipping is billed separately, by destination, size and weight.
Picking, packing, and the packaging each order uses. Receiving and returns are charged per event, and storage is billed separately. Shipping is billed separately too, by destination, size and weight.
There are no setup fees, and the Shopify app and the integration are free, so you are charged for physical 3PL work only. Rather than force a standard package, we set terms around your real order profile, so talk to us about what fits your volumes.

App billing note

The Cryologix Shopify app, Shopify connection, and any integration we create to connect a merchant's Shopify store to our warehouse management system are completely free. We do not charge any app subscription fees, app usage fees, connection fees, integration fees, platform access fees, or software fees of any kind. Any charges from Cryologix relate only to physical, labour-driven third-party logistics services, including receiving, storage, pick and pack, packing materials, kitting, returns, warehouse labour, and variable carrier or shipping costs. These are fulfilment service charges, not charges for using the app or connection.
