Prohibited and Restricted Goods Policy

The following goods are strictly prohibited and will not be stored or shipped by the Operator:

• Illicit or Illegal Items: Any goods that are unlawful to possess, transport, or export/import under applicable law. This includes illegal drugs or controlled substances (including cannabis or narcotics), drug paraphernalia, unlawfully obtained or stolen goods, smuggled goods, counterfeit or pirated products (e.g. fake branded merchandise), and any items involved in illegal activities.
• Weapons and Explosives: Firearms of any type (whether operational or replica), ammunition, explosives, fireworks, incendiary devices, and weapon accessories. Also prohibited are other weapons such as switchblades or knives that are illegal to possess or ship, tasers, stun guns, and any military-grade weaponry. (Note: Legitimate shipments of weapons or ammunition with all proper licenses may be considered only under a separate written agreement and in compliance with all laws, but are not allowed under standard terms.)
• Hazardous Materials: Dangerous Goods as classified by applicable transport regulations (ADG Code, IATA, IMDG, etc.) that have not been pre-approved by the Operator. This includes explosives, flammable liquids or solids, gases under pressure (cylinders, aerosols), toxic or infectious substances, radioactive materials, and corrosives. Common examples: industrial chemicals, solvents, paints, fertilizer compounds, pool chemicals, certain batteries (e.g. lithium batteries not properly packaged), and any other hazardous waste or material posing a safety risk. (Some limited quantities of regulated goods may be accepted if expressly agreed in writing with full compliance to regulations, but are otherwise prohibited.)
• Combustible or Pressurized Items: Fuel, gasoline, diesel, or other flammable liquids; propane or other gas tanks; explosives or gunpowder; pyrotechnics; and other combustible materials. Also, any machinery or equipment that contains fuel or oil (unless purged) is not accepted.
• Biological Hazards and Human Remains: Human or animal remains, including ashes, burial items, body parts, organs, or bodily fluids. Live human tissue or blood products are prohibited. Additionally, any pathological, biological or medical waste, used needles, or other biomedical hazard material cannot be accepted.
• Living Organisms: Live animals, insects, livestock, or plants. This includes pets, livestock, laboratory animals, or live fish/reptiles, etc., as well as plant matter like live plants, cut flowers, seeds, bulbs, or any living organism. (Exceptions may be made for certain non-invasive plant or seed products with appropriate agricultural clearances, but only with prior agreement.)
• Perishable Food or Temperature-Sensitive Items (without agreement): Food products or other perishables that require refrigeration, freezing, or special temperature control are not accepted unless the Operator has specifically agreed and has appropriate climate-controlled facilities. This includes fresh produce, meat, dairy, live probiotics, or any items that will spoil or become unsafe if not stored in a temperature-controlled environment. Perishable items sent without approval may be discarded if they spoil or present a hazard.
• Intoxicating Liquor and Tobacco: Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits) and tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping liquids) are generally prohibited, unless the Client has obtained the necessary licenses and the Operator has agreed in writing to handle such goods in compliance with all regulations (e.g., duty-paid storage). Without such agreement, these goods will be refused or returned at the Client's expense. Illicit alcohol (e.g. moonshine) or untaxed tobacco is strictly forbidden.
• Explosive or Flammable Chemicals: Fireworks, flares, gunpowder, black powder, and other explosive materials; matches, lighters with fuel, charcoal lighter fluid, and other self-igniting or flammable chemical compounds are not accepted for storage or shipping.
• Corrosive or Toxic Substances: Any acid, alkali, bleach, pesticide, poison, or other chemical that can cause harm to people or damage other goods or the environment. For example: industrial acids, cyanides, mercury, arsenic, certain fertilizers, strong oxidizers, etc. These are dangerous goods and will not be accepted without special arrangement and compliance.
• Pressurized Aerosols and Gas Cylinders: Aerosol cans (spray paint, hairspray, etc.) and any pressurized gas cylinders (including camping gas, CO₂ cartridges, scuba tanks) are prohibited unless empty or approved as limited quantities under regulations. Unapproved aerosols or gas containers will be treated as hazardous.
• Illegal Pornography or Exploitative Material: Any obscene, indecent or pornographic material that is unlawful, including materials depicting child exploitation (which is absolutely illegal) or extreme pornography that violates classification laws. The Operator will not handle any goods that contain unlawful content or images.
• Cash and Bearer Negotiables: Physical cash currency, blank checks, money orders, precious stones, or other high-value bearer instruments are not accepted for warehousing or shipment. (These items carry high risk and often require specialized secure transport which we do not provide.) Similarly, valuable jewelry or precious metals in untraceable form (e.g., loose diamonds, gold bullion) are prohibited unless specifically agreed with enhanced security measures. We are not a bank or secure vault service.
• High Value Artwork or Collectibles (without notice): Extremely valuable artworks, antiques, or one-of-a-kind collectibles worth above AUD $100,000 per item are not accepted under standard terms due to insurance and handling considerations, unless expressly agreed in advance. If sent without disclosure and agreement, such items are stored entirely at Client's risk and may be refused.
• Misdeclared Goods: Any item that the Client attempts to ship or store under a false description, misrepresentation, or misdeclared value is strictly prohibited. If any Goods are found to be misdescribed (e.g. dangerous goods hidden inside a package declared as "general merchandise," or prohibited items hidden among permitted goods), it will be treated as a violation and the Operator may take immediate action including disposal or involvement of authorities, at the Client's cost.
• Other Prohibited Articles: Animals for fighting or cruelty: any items related to blood sports or animal fighting ventures (e.g. cockfighting knives); Human trafficking related: any goods which in themselves suggest involvement in illegal human trafficking or exploitation; Counterfeit or Unauthorized Goods: counterfeit currency, fake postage stamps, or unauthorized copies of copyrighted works; Vehicles: motor vehicles or motorcycles (except perhaps small electric scooters/bikes with prior arrangement); and Waste or Garbage: household or industrial waste, trash, or any material being disposed of rather than stored as product.

The following goods are not outright prohibited but are considered restricted. They may be accepted only if the Client obtains written approval from the Operator before sending these goods, and any special requirements (packaging, documentation, fees) are met:

• Lithium Batteries and Electronic Devices: Lithium-ion or lithium metal batteries, especially when shipped by air, are heavily regulated due to fire risk. Standalone batteries or devices containing high-capacity batteries (like power banks, electric skateboards, etc.) require proper UN certification, labeling, and packaging. We will only handle such items if compliant with IATA/ICAO regulations (for air) or ADG Code (for ground) and if we have the facilities to do so. Approval must be obtained in advance.
• Cosmetics and Aerosols: Certain cosmetics or household goods classified as dangerous (like perfumes containing alcohol, aerosol deodorants) might be acceptable in limited quantities if properly declared and packaged according to law. Pre-approval is required to ensure we can handle and store them safely.
• Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices: Prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins/supplements, or medical devices may require licenses or have specific storage conditions. We will consider handling non-controlled drugs or health products on a case-by-case basis if the Client has authority to distribute them and they don't require special storage beyond our standard environment. Absolutely no narcotic or Schedule 8 drugs will be accepted.
• Fragile or High-Value Electronics: While electronics are generally accepted, extremely high-value or easily damaged electronics (e.g. servers, large flat-screen TVs, prototypes) should be disclosed so we can assess insurance and handling needs. These might require special packing or insurance coverage by the Client.
• Alcohol (Licensed shipments): If the Client is appropriately licensed (e.g. holds a valid liquor license or appointment as an authorized distribution agent), alcoholic beverages might be stored and shipped under strict conditions. The Client must provide documentation of their license and ensure all duties are paid or arrangements made for duty suspension if in bond. Pre-approval by us is mandatory, and additional fees or conditions (such as segregated storage) may apply.
• Tobacco (Licensed shipments): Similar to alcohol, we will only consider handling tobacco products if the Client holds appropriate licenses and permits, and all excise obligations are met. Advance written agreement is required, and the Client must comply with all relevant laws (plain packaging, health warnings, age restrictions on delivery, etc.).
• CBD/Hemp Products: Low-THC hemp or CBD products (non-psychoactive) intended for therapeutic or cosmetic use will only be accepted if they are legal under Commonwealth and NSW law, contain THC below legal thresholds, and the Client has any necessary permissions. Such products must be disclosed for approval, and lab test documentation may be required to confirm legality.
• Promotional Hazardous Materials: Occasionally, businesses ship promotional items like small lithium battery-powered gadgets or pressurized canisters (e.g. small spray cans). These are restricted and require declaration and our approval, even if they qualify for limited quantity exceptions. Do not assume such items are allowed without checking with us.
• Large Machinery or Equipment: Any single item exceeding our warehouse handling capacity (size or weight) is restricted. For example, any unit exceeding our published handling limits, as notified to you in writing, or requiring a forklift with special attachments. We need to confirm we can accommodate and safely store such equipment. Pre-approval ensures we have space and resources for oversize goods.
• Other Regulated Goods: Any goods that are subject to regulatory control or require permits - for instance, veterinary medicines, agricultural chemicals, radio transmitters, or cultural artifacts - must be discussed with us before sending. The Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits or certifications, and we reserve the right to require proof of compliance.

Client's Responsibility

It is the Client's responsibility to review this Prohibited Goods list and ensure none of these items are included in any shipments or inventory sent to the Operator. The Client must also notify its suppliers or any third parties shipping goods to our facilities on the Client's behalf about these restrictions. If the Client is uncertain whether an item is prohibited or restricted, the Client should ask the Operator before sending the goods. Misdeclaring the nature of Goods in order to circumvent this Policy is a serious breach of the Terms and will make the Client liable for any resulting damage or loss.

Operator's Rights

The Operator reserves the right to reject, quarantine, return, or dispose of any prohibited or unapproved restricted goods found in the Client's inventory or shipments, at the Client's expense. The Operator may also terminate or suspend Services if the Client violates this Policy. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay caused by our refusal or removal of prohibited items, and the Client will be responsible for any fines, penalties or damages incurred by the Operator as a result of the Client's breach of this Policy.

Law Enforcement

In cases where possession of the Goods is not only against our policy but also illegal (for example, narcotics, child exploitation material, stolen goods, etc.), the Operator may detain the goods and alert the relevant authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law.

Updates

This Prohibited Goods Policy may be updated from time to time as regulations change or as our business needs evolve. The current version will be maintained on our website or available on request. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they are referring to the latest version of the Policy. By continuing to use our Services, the Client agrees to comply with the latest Policy.
