Scanned picking
Every item is scanned against the order line as it comes off the shelf. The scan is a gate rather than a record, so picking the wrong variant stops the pick in the aisle instead of being discovered by your customer.
Wrong picks and packing errors turn into refunds, replacement postage and customers who do not order again. We pick and pack every order from our Sydney warehouse with each item scanned against the order, so a mistake stops in the aisle instead of at your customer's door.
Share your volumes, SKUs and how you need orders packed.

Having the right 3PL provider makes a huge difference. Fast response times, accurate fulfilment with zero errors, fair pricing and seamless Shopify integration. It’s taken so much off my plate and given me real peace of mind.

Most picking errors are not carelessness. They are two variants of the same product sitting next to each other, or a similar SKU one bin over. The scan step exists to make that specific mistake impossible to complete rather than to record it after the fact.
We hold accounts with Australia's major carriers and route each order to the best-fit service.

Every item is scanned against the order line as it comes off the shelf. The scan is a gate rather than a record, so picking the wrong variant stops the pick in the aisle instead of being discovered by your customer.
Orders are packed with your cartons, satchels, inserts and tape. The spec is recorded per client, so the same order packs the same way whoever is on the bench that day.
The packed contents are photographed at the bench before the parcel is sealed. The photo stays attached to the order, which is what settles a dispute about what actually went in the box.
Each parcel is weighed at the bench and the carrier label is generated from that weight, so the freight charged reflects the parcel that shipped.
Orders with several lines are picked as one job and reconciled line by line at the bench. Kits and bundles are picked as their component units so stock stays correct underneath.
Returned parcels are inspected against the original order and either put back into sellable stock or quarantined, with the outcome recorded against the return rather than adjusted silently.
Picking is organised as runs across the racking rather than one walk per order, and every stage is recorded against the order it belongs to.
Paid orders are grouped into a picking run rather than walked one at a time, so the floor covers the aisles once for many orders instead of once per order.
Each run is ordered by location, so the picker walks the shortest path through the racking. Units are picked from recorded locations, not from memory.
Scanning is what confirms the unit in hand is the unit the order asked for. A mismatch stops the line there, before the order reaches the bench.
At the bench the lines are reconciled against the order, packed to your spec, photographed, then weighed and labelled for the carrier.
The parcel goes out with the carrier suited to its weight and destination, and the tracking number is written back to the order in your store automatically.
Clients log into the same system the floor works in. This is the Overview screen, with sample data; orders, stock, inbounds, returns and billing have their own views.

Picking is pulling the right units off the shelf for an order. Packing is what happens at the bench: the lines are reconciled, the order is packed to your spec, photographed, weighed and labelled. Most of the errors that reach a customer happen in the picking half, which is why every item is scanned against the order line before it gets to the bench.
Receiving and putting away your stock, picking each order with a scan against every line, packing to your spec, a QA photo of the packed contents, weighing and labelling the parcel, dispatch, and returns processing. Stock levels and order status stay live in your dashboard throughout.
Storage is charged on the space your stock occupies. Fulfilment is charged per order, with the pick, the pack and the shipping itemised separately rather than bundled into one rate. You get a written rate card before you send any stock.
Every item is scanned against the order line as it is picked, so a wrong unit stops the pick rather than continuing to the bench. Lines are reconciled again at packing and the packed contents are photographed before the parcel is sealed. Our stated target is 99.9% order accuracy.
Orders that reach us before 2pm AEST on a weekday are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Anything after the cutoff goes out the next business day.
Yes. Your cartons, satchels, inserts and tape are held here and the packing spec is recorded per client, so orders pack consistently regardless of who is on the bench. If you would rather we supply the packaging, that is charged at cost with a stated markup.
Yes. Multi-line orders are picked as a single job and reconciled line by line at the bench. Kits and bundles are picked as their component units so the underlying stock count stays correct.
